When ordering a photo ad such as our Gallery Ad or Spotlight Ad that allows you to send UP TO 4 photos, it is important to send us all of your photos as quickly as possible. We cannot continue to search for your photos indefinitely.
If you do need to send a photo late, check your Order History in your DreamHorse Account to see if the order has been marked COMPLETED. If so, you MUST contact our Support Center for help with adding your photo as our staff is no longer searching for photos on orders that are marked as COMPLETED.
Also, keep in mind that you can contact our Support Center at any time for assistance with your order or your ad.
