Why is my card declined due to AVS Billing Address error?

Please be sure that your billing address in your User Profile in your DreamHorse Account matches the official address on your credit card. If your address does not match, there are two ways you can change it:

Option 1: Go to your DreamHorse Account and edit your User Profile to correct your billing address for all future orders. This information is passed to the shopping cart every time you click Add to Cart.

Option 2: Once you have clicked Add to Cart and are in the shopping cart, you can make one-time changes to your Billing Address. On the first screen you see after clicking Add to Cart, there is a link about halfway down the left side of the screen below the cart contents that says "Edit Your Billing Information Here." This is helpful if you are ordering for someone else, etc.
