Please be sure that your billing address in your User Profile in your DreamHorse Account matches the official address on your credit card. We do not display your street address on our site but it is used for billing purposes.
If your address does not match, there are two ways you can change it:
Option 1: Go to your DreamHorse Account and edit your User Profile to correct your billing address for all future orders. This information is passed to the shopping cart every time you click Add to Cart.
Option 2: You can also make one-time changes to your Billing Address on our Checkout screen.
