The credit card declined error message comes directly from a person's own credit card issuer/bank. If the billing address on the order does not match the billing address on your credit card, an AVS (Address Verification System) will appear. Please be sure that your billing address is correct in your DreamHorse Account User Profile.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact your credit card issuer or bank for resolution of this problem as we have no control over credit cards being declined. It is an error that comes from the bank/credit card issuer back to our system.
